Returns are easier than ever (and free!) Just follow the instructions below to return your order:

  1. Either scan the QR code on your packing slip or click below to start a return
  2. Pack the item securely, including any original packaging, inside your parcel
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions on our returns portal to prepare your return for shipment back to our warehouse
  4. Keep a record of your return tracking number or proof of return receipt

In-store purchase refund & exchange policy

We hope you enjoy your kate spade purchase. If you do change your mind, unused product may be subject to a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by a valid receipt.

All merchandise must be in new and unused condition, including original packaging for us to accept the return.

Refunds will be provided to the original form of payment and to the same account you used to pay for the item(s).

Please note jewellery, liquid products, beauty items, underwear and hosiery and swimwear where the hygiene seal or cellophane wrapper has been broken or removed cannot be exchanged or returned. Monogrammed/personalized items (including hangtags), personalized products may not be exchanged or returned.

Gifts:

Items returned with a gift receipt may be exchanged for other merchandise at the original purchase price of those items or for a store credit.

No receipt:

Items returned within 30 days of purchase without the original receipt will only be exchanged or refunded with proof of purchase.

The following may be accepted as proof of purchase:

(a) bank or credit card statement detailing the retailer and date of purchase (please note we may only be able to offer an exchange or refund for the current selling price of the returned items, or last price sold, if we are unable to verify a price breakdown per item);
(b) valid online order number; or
(c) valid order email confirmation.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

In general terms, items purchased in a store may not be returned through the online returns service. Please take eligible items back to your nearest store, Outlet purchase may be returned to an Outlet store and Retail purchase may be returned to a Retail store in the original country of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

if you change your mind

in addition to your legal rights (see below), should you change your mind about your purchase from this kate spade new york website the following return policy applies.

new, unused merchandise purchased from kate spade new york's website in the united kingdom may be exchanged or returned for the price paid at the time of purchase. exchanges may only be made at kate spade new york specialty stores in the united kingdom and may not be made through the free online returns process. permitted returns through the free online returns process must be sent with the return label included with your packing slip. returns through this free online process or exchanges at kate spade new york specialty stores in the united kingdom will be accepted as follows:

full-price merchandise with a packing slip receipt may be exchanged in a kate spade new york speciality store or returned within 30 days of purchase.

sale merchandise with a packing slip receipt may be exchanged in a kate spade new york speciality store or returned within 30 days of purchase.

paypal orders cannot be refunded at a kate spade new york specialty store, for a full refund you will need to return your purchase to our online warehouse. paypal orders may be exchanged at a kate spade new york specialty store for the price paid for the item with proof of purchase.

gift purchases ordered from this website, when presented with a gift receipt included with the packing slip, may be exchanged at a kate spade new york specialty store in the united kingdom for store credit only, for the price paid, within 30 days of purchase. returns of gift purchases through the online returns process will result in a refund to the original purchaser.

fragrance, beauty items and swimwear may only be returned through a kate spade new york specialty store only if unused, not removed from packaging, and any liners not removed. please note, this does not limit any statutory rights you may have to cancel such purchases.

merchandise purchased in-stores may not be returned through the online returns service. merchandise purchased online may only be returned pursuant to the policy of the website from which it was purchased. for example, merchandise purchased from our other country websites may not be returned through this online returns service and may only be returned as permitted by the returns policy of that country website. items returned must be in their unused original condition with all kate spade item tags attached and related accessories or instruction booklets included. incomplete, damaged, worn soiled or altered returns, or anything kate spade reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

your legal rights to cancel - consumer contracts regulations 2013 (ccr)

you have the legal right to cancel your order within 10 days without giving any reason. the cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods. however, the cancellation right does not apply to fragrances, cosmetics/beauty items, swimwear and hosiery unless they remain sealed within their original packaging and any protective liners have not been removed.

to cancel an order, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. the easiest way is to inform us in writing. if you use this option, we will email you to confirm that we have received your cancellation. you can let us know of your decision to cancel by letter to order cancellations, C/O Bleckmann NL, Hanzepoort 30, 7575 DA Oldenzaal, the Netherlands or contact us here to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your decision to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

if you cancel an order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any extra costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). we may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

we will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

  • 10 working days after the day we receive the goods back from you or (if earlier) 10 working days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
  • if you have not received the goods, 10 working days after the day on which you informed us about your decision to cancel.

we will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

you must send back the goods to us at returns department, C/O Bleckmann NL, Hanzepoort 30, 7575 DA Oldenzaal, the Netherlands United Kingdom within 14 days from the day on which you let us know that you decided to cancel. you must cover the cost of the return shipment, as our free online returns process does not apply to orders cancelled under the ccr.

because you are a consumer, we are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with your contract. you have legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described. these legal rights are not affected by your cancellation rights under the ccr.
