Superb customer service
Had the most Amazing and memorable shopping experience in store at Kate Spade waikele outlet shop in Hawaii.
The staff were so friendly and helpful as I shopped and tried on items, to purchase on store. They helped me to try on jewellery, shoes select bags and went out of their way above and beyond to help me buy some beautiful Kate Spade products to take home to New Zealand to Cherish and wear. I felt so welcomed and my shopping experience was one that I will never forget. Thanks to the Waikele Kate Spade outlet team. They were Superb!
