Sam Icon KSNYL Nylon Medium Backpack

I love this backpack! It is practical, chic and fantastic backpack! It was a Christmas gift that I picked out for myself and I am so happy with this special, practical and lovely gift! There is space for two water bottles on each side! I love that! The inside of the backpack is spacious and the outside pocket is also generous. I love the neutral bone colour which brightens up both my navy and black winter coats, and also goes with everything! It is so lovely! I adore the style, quality and everything about this backpack!

I absolutely love this backpack! I decided to get it and use it as my diaper bag and it is perfect! I love the material too, it's easy to clean and keep organized. I love how classy and simple this backpack is, and the durability is wonderful!

Bought the dove grey backpack back in late May. I've only used the backpack a handful of times. However, the zipper fell off when I was walking. I tried to put it back on and clamp it to the zipper hook but it fell off again. Also, the glossed ribbing that lines the zipper is also chipping. Again, I've only used this bag a few times! For a backpack that costs over $300, I expect the quality to be way better than this. I wouldn't recommend the bag. The quality is appalling. Super disappointed

I bought a backpack like this one earlier this year. Upon delivery, I noticed that the buckles holding the straps to the bag are actually plastic in a metallic coating. Half the buckle wasn't coated, but I let it go hoping that was the only issue. Fast forward to 4 months later, the strap started tearing where the stitches perforated the material. It's clearly a defect in construction, and after continuing to use it for a couple months, the strap has completely torn through. The bag is useless without a strap, and Kate Spade won't repair or replace it because they classify that (a completely torn strap in 6-7 months) as "normal wear and tear". They actually acknowledged that their products aren't made to last more than 6 months with limited use. I've bought 20-30 Kate Spade bags and wallets over the last 15-20 years and even gave them as gifts to friends and family for special occasions. I'm done. Their quality has significantly declined, and I wouldn't waste my money on any of their stuff again.
